of ballots are still being counted, 4 million in california alone. sometime today we think we will be officially the winter in florida. -- the winner in florida. as of right now, total turnout and number of voters has increased in colorado, iowa, minnesota, nevada, north carolina, and wisconsin. it looks like it decreased in 35 of 49 battleground states. the total turnout may be higher in 2008 when all the votes are finally counted. as we plan 4, total minority vote share increased to 28%. our coalition turnout, women made up about the same% of the electorate as in 2008. we got if you got% of women voters. for lots of reporting about youth turnout, they continue to turn out and take control of their future. in virginia, we increased our youth percentage. in florida, boating rates increased to 16%, and we got 61% in 2008 and 66% in 2012. african american turnout and support was as high or higher than ever. in ohio, african-americans increased from 11% to 15%. we got somewhere between 9% and 97% in every battle ground state. 71% of latino vote, the highest percentage of latino v

well in places like california where people drive long distances and where a lot of people are very concerned about the environment and want to drive hybrid or electric vehicles. so even though they haven't been so strong throughout the rest of the country, companies like general motors continue to push ahead with these vehicles. here is their newest introduction, which will be on the market in 2014. only available for sale in california and in oregon initially. this is the chevy spark. it is an all electric vehicle that will get somewhere south of 100 miles on a full charge. what's really cool about this vehicle is you'll be able to charge it up to 80% capacity in just 20 minutes. that is a challenge, though, getting the rest of america outside of places like california to buy these vehicles. listen to what gm had to say about that. >> the key now is to sell these vehicles in the same kind of quantity in st. louis and des moines, in the heartland of america, if you will. when you drive an electric car, we're not going to sell this thing on the environmental aspect aspects. these ca

as soon as friday. the senate intelligence committee chairwoman, the senator from california, dianne feinstein, saying that petraeus has agreed to testify. the committee wanted to get him up there. it will be limited to benghazi testimony. i think it will be behind closed doors. and don't expect to see any indication of petraeus talking about his personal life. what is he going to say about benghazi? well, all i can tell you is i spoke to a long-standing professional colleague of david petraeus' and petraeus is going to say we are told, you know, be very straightforward, that he believed right from the beginning this involved insurgent/terrorist type activity, but that they had some indications that possibly it could have been tied also to those ongoing riots back in cairo, egypt, over a film. he's going to talk about all of it. what they knew, when they knew it. the key question that senators believe they want to get to is did petraeus have an indication off the bat it was a straight up terrorist attack and either not tell the white house or not tell them on capitol hill. >> and, ba
